Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations will be refunded, less a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after October 27, 2005 will not be refunded.

Lodging and Transportation: Please note that you are responsible for your own transportation and lodging. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Prince Conference Center at Calvin College for convenient booking. To book a room, please contact the Prince Conference Center toll free at 866.526.7200 and tell them that you are a part of this conference. Please note that the room block will be released one month prior to the conference. An airport shuttle service is also available for those staying at the Prince Conference Center; please contact the Prince Conference Center at least three days prior to your arrival to book a shuttle.
