Schedule:
The Class of 1955 reunion committee is meeting regularly to plan our reunion. We'll have a chance to tour campus as well as enjoy food and fellowship. If you have suggestions for our committee, please email us at reunions@calvin.edu. We look forward to seeing you May 20 and 21 at Calvin!

Here's what we have in store for Friday and Saturday, May 20 and 21!

Friday:
12:00 noon Luncheon in Sultan's Tent — near the Prince Center

1:30 p.m. Tour of Petra: Lost City of Stone — Prince Center.
Take this opportunity to see truly magnificent artifacts from the
ancient city of Petra.

3:00 p.m. Tour of the Bunker Interpretive Center -— this tour will lead you through the newest building on campus — a facility that has received the LEED Gold rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.

4:00 p.m. Tour of the DeVos Communication Center (If you've agreed to sing with the class choir on Saturday, rehearsal for the choir's performance will take place at this time in the Meeter Center Lecture Hall located in the Hekman Library.)

5:30 p.m. Punch Reception — DeVos Communication Center Lobby

6:30 p.m. Dinner and Program — Sultan's Tent near the Prince Conference Center. The dinner menu includes: Special house salad, Michigan pork tenderloin, Three-cheese au gratin potatoes and Chef's vegetable. Ron Jager, the Class President, will speak, and the evening will include a fun trivia time and a chance to see the Observatory. The program will be followed by a dessert buffet

Saturday:
9:30 a.m. Robe Fitting — Chapel Lobby

10:30 a.m. Chapel Service and Medallion Ceremony — Chapel Sanctuary. The chapel speaker is our own classmate, Dr. Roger Greenway, who will give us a message based on Isaiah 54:17 entitled "The Heritage." Also, musical members of our class will come together as a choir for the service, directed by classmate Herb Start.

11:30 a.m. Class Photo — Chapel Sanctuary
Immediately following the chapel service we'll have our class photo taken. If you have a grandchild that is graduating from Calvin this year, please arrange to have them meet you in the chapel to have your photo taken together.

11:45 a.m. Box Lunch — Chapel Undercroft

12:30 p.m. (tentative) Leave for Commencement (in the Fieldhouse). Those staying in the Chapel for Commencement will be able to linger longer over lunch before going back upstairs to the sanctuary to view the graduation ceremony.

2:00 p.m. 2005 Calvin College Commencement — Calvin Fieldhouse
At Commencement we'll hear a special address from President Bush and the Class of 1955 will be recognized during the ceremony. Following the ceremony, we will converge in the Chapel to return our robes and say our good-byes.
