Jeffrey Thomas Fartro '96 graduated from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in May 2001 with his Master of Divinity and was ordained and installed on October 12, 2002 as the pastor of Cherry Hill Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Cherry Hill, N.J.

Jim LaGrand '90 has recently published Indian Metropolis: Native Americans in Chicago, 1945-75 with the University of Illinois Press. Jim is assistant professor and chair of the history department at Messiah College in Grantham, Pa.

Jeni Grasman '96 of Chicago, Ill., was recently appointed to the Make-A-Wish Foundation's 16th Annual Wish Ball Board. The Wish Ball is an annual black-tie gala that is the largest annual fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northern Illinois. Last year's gala raised nearly $330,000. Jeni is the marketing manager for Lason where she coordinates written and verbal communication, branding equity and support.

After working for Congressman Hoekstra for six years, Bill Huizenga '92 of Zeeland, Mich., has been elected to Michigan's House of Representatives (90th District).

Peter Roossien '91 recently became partner at Brown McCarroll, L.L.P. in the Austin, Texas, office of the statewide firm. Peter practices corporate law, health care law and general civil litigation, with a concentration on the formation of business entities, negotiation of contractual relationships, and the regulation of for-profit and non-profit entities.

Robin Marie Janssen Basselin '99 and her husband, Tim, graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in June of 2002. Robin graduated with an M.A. in intercultural studies with a concentration in Islamic studies. She is currently working in the office of alumni/ae at Fuller and as the Islamic studies teaching assistant.
