Quality with Soul: The Integration of Faith and Learning

Calvin, in its 128th year of integrating faith and learning, is at a critical age for a faith-based institution with a reputation for academic excellence. It is around this point in the histories of once-Reformed schools such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and others, that these institutions began down the path that led to national academic prominence at the expense of a Christian worldview and curriculum. These schools departed from, if I may borrow from Robert Frost, the “road less traveled.”
