Our shuttle service is scheduled upon necessary and is available from 6AM-11PM. Thus we request the following information 3 days prior to your arrival date.

Shuttle Request

Our shuttle driver waits in the commerical lane directly outside of the terminal. Please look for our van with the "Prince Conference Center" logo. If you cannot locate the driver, please head to the information desk of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Your patience is appreciated. The driver will be there shortly.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to construction at the Gerald R. Ford Airport, starting November 5, 2007 our shuttle driver will no longer be located in the commercial lane directly across from the terminal. Guests will need to exit the terminal and follow signs to the new pickup and drop off areas.

Although the Front Desk monitors delayed flights, please notify us in advance to reschedule your shuttle time. Drivers are scheduled upon necessity. A $25 service fee is assessed for unnecessary shuttle runs. Thank you.
