Young actors, new and experienced, are welcome to join in the fun of creating theatre on the spot. Improv theatre is a life lesson that will provide young participate the support and the environment in which they can grow and nurture curiosity, confidence and talent. In this series of lessons and experiences, actors will learn the foundations of Improv theatre, including such skills as how to take chances on stage, how to be supportive of others [on stage and off], how to share and give focus, how to push a scene forward, how to use imagination, how to problem solve, how to be a teammate, and how to communicate with others using words, actions, and theatrical properties. Not only does Improv theatre focus on humor, but on real life and how we maneuver our way through our daily lives.
