Roasted chicken breast seasoned with cinnamon, regional herbs and spices. Served with an aromatic harissa sauce, lemon saffron rice, and Moroccan spiced carrots — $15.50

Eggplant Roulade with Spicy Mediterranean Sauce
Thin slices of fresh eggplant stuffed with a medley of garden vegetables, fresh mozzarella, and Roma tomatoes. Served roulade style a top golden couscous and sauced with a spicy tomato Mediterranean sauce — $13.95

Braised Lemon Chicken and Figs
Lightly coated and braised chicken breast topped with lemon, capers, and figs. Served over rainbow orzo with roasted red peppers and sun dried tomatoes accompanied with an eggplant roulade — $14.95
