Accommodations

For Passport I-III

Residence hall option
When your student registers you to attend Passport, he or she will also be able to register you for on-campus accommodations in a residence hall for parents only. Couples will be given a dorm suite while individual parents will share a suite with another same-gendered parent.

Please note there is no charge to stay in the residence hall for students or parents. However, choosing not to stay in the residence hall will not affect your Passport cost.

Prince Conference Center option
The Prince Conference Center is also available for on-campus housing, offering a limited number of rooms for a fee. When calling to reserve a room, mention that you are with the Passport program and you will receive a slight discount.

For Passport IV

We are unable to offer residence hall housing for Passport IV. Please arrange for your own housing either with the Prince Conference Center or an off-campus option.

Dates & Schedule

Passport sessions:

• Passport I - July 2-3
• Passport II - July 19-20
• Passport III - July 30-31
• Passport IV - August 27-29

Registration

Some things to keep in mind about registration:

• Sessions close two weeks before the start the of the session. Please plan ahead.
• Students register online for their choice of Passport orientation dates. When they register themselves, they can also register you and any additional family members.
• While we welcome all family members to attend Passport for families, please note that the program is designed for adults. Younger family members are welcome to accompany parents, but we are unable to provide programming for them.
• A $225 orientation fee will be charged to your student’s account in early September. This fee covers your student and up to two adult family members. Each additional family member is $50. Note that additional costs are associated with Experiential Orientation.
• Registration includes a housing option for Passport I-III. Please note there is no charge to stay in the residence halls for students or parents. Choosing not to stay in the residence hall will not affect your Orientation cost.
