Accommodations

The most convenient place to stay is the Prince Conference Center located on our campus. The best option is to call the center (open 24 hours a day), say you are with International Passport (special rate is $76 per night plus tax) and ask to be put on the waiting list if there is presently no availability. There are also several off-campus options but note that public transportation is very limited and you will need a car to get to and from campus.

Registration

Some things to keep in mind about registration:

• Students register online for International Passport. When your student registers, he or she can also register you and any additional family members. (Note: young family members are also welcome to come to International Passport, but we do not offer special programming for them).
• A $400 orientation fee will be charged to your student’s Miscellaneous Account in September. This fee covers costs associated with orientation, with the majority covering meals. Up to two adult family members can attend at no additional fee; additional family members are $50.
