Prof receives $200K grant
Calvin professor of philosophy Kelly Clark recently received nearly $200,000 to fund a project on religious liberty and tolerance. The project, supported by the John Templeton Foundation, will fund the following: a book on religious liberty and tolerance—including translations of the book into Indonesian, Turkish, Hebrew and Arabic—a conference at Georgetown University during the tenth anniversary of 9/11, and planning for conventions on liberty and tolerance in Indonesia, Turkey and Israel.
