Students celebrate after their dishes, including brioche, souffle and ravioli, won accolades by a panel of judges in the "Top Chef Calvin" competition. The competition was part of the popular interdisicplinary course "Better Cooking with Chemistry" taught by David Benson and Chad Tatko. In the course of three weeks, students in the course studied the chemistry behind making great bread, meat, artisan chocolate, eggs and more.
