A complete Curriculum Vitae

Two Letters of Recommendation
One letter of recommendation should come from your department chair indicating his or her permission for you to spend the year at a US university should you receive the fellowship.
Three-page Statement
The statement should be no more than three pages describing the project on which you would like to work. This project should involve issues in moral philosophy very broadly construed (values, foundations of values, ethics, Chinese moral philosophy, virtues and vices, free will, etc.). Extraordinary proposals in science and religion will also be considered. Also, please send a recent photograph of yourself.

One paper in English. This can be published or unpublished.
