Zhen Cai received her BA, MA, and PhD in Philosophy from Peking University. She has spent two years in the US as a visiting student. Her area of expertise is ethics, specifically Aristotle's ethics, Kant's ethics, contemporary virtue ethics, and bioethics.

Lifeng Zhang graduated from Peking University and received his PhD degree in June 2004. He has been working in the metaphysics of modality and some related areas, extending his research to the philosophy of religion. He believes modality is of great importance to the philosophy of religion. His academic interest in philosophy of religion is due to reading such modal philosophers as David Lewis, Alvin Plantinga and Robert Adams.

Contemplating Sidgwick's Moral Philosophy
Jiangjin Chen earned his PhD in Philosophy from Peking University. His work will include making clear how the dualism of practical reason plays a significant role in Sidgwick’s moral philosophy and how it is important for us to contemplate the nature of morality and practical reason, the relationship between morality and religion.
