For 20 years, a West African woman named Mariama struggled with physical deformity, social exile, and spiritual decay. But through an encounter with missionaries serving with Christian Reformed World Missions (CRWM), Mariama has begun to experience the love of Christ.

Twenty years ago, Mariama was living a normal life in a small town in Guinea. Then two things happened: she found that she was barren, and a tumor began to grow inside her mouth.
