To determine the status of a book you have ordered, first search for the item in WebCat.
One of these three scenarios that will apply:
#1 No copies found
The item has not yet been ordered. Contact Jessica Dickson.
On Order (sample WebCat screenshot)
The item has been ordered but has not yet arrived at the Library. NOTE that Library staff cannot do anything (i.e., expedite the process) of books when they are still on order.
In Process (sample WebCat screenshot)
The item is in the building and waiting to be cataloged or is at the bindery. You may complete this Book expedite processing form, or contact Francene Lewis.
