Science Building Periodicals

Many science periodicals are housed in the Science Building (SB) instead of the library. The Science Building reading rooms are normally open whenever the building itself is open. During the academic year (summer & vacations excluded) the hours are Monday-Thursday 7am - 10pm, Friday 7am - 6pm, and Saturday 7am - 5pm. During the summer, the hours are Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday & Sunday closed.

All bound volumes and biology and chemistry-related periodicals are in North Hall, B-52; they are organized by Library of Congress call number. There is a copy machine in the room. The unbound paper issues of engineering periodicals are in SB120, Geology/Geography in North Hall B56, Math and Computer Science in North Hall 282 and Physics periodicals in SB157.

If any of these rooms are locked during "open" hours, science students and others may obtain a key from the Administrative Assistant in the Science Division Office, North Hall, 156.
