Paper forms and instructions (Grand Rapids, Michigan, and United
States only) are located in the government documents department on the 2nd
floor. Some of the more frequently used forms are also available in a temporary
rack located at the entrance to the new Rhetoric Center. Paper forms arrive
in separate mailings and they are put out as soon as the library receives them,
so check back with us if you do not find the forms you need. Alternately, use
the Note for Federal Tax Forms in 2005: The library is not expecting to receive paper forms this year. Paper forms can easily be downloaded from the IRS link below. However, we are hoping to receive some instruction booklets.
Forms and instructions in *.pdf format will automatically open up in Adobe Acrobat Reader if installed on your computer. Other internet sources for tax forms, including those for other states with forms on the Web, are available through the Michigan Electronic Library's Michigan State & City Tax Forms.
