Preview Weekend

Congratulations!

You are one of a select few who have been invited to attend The John M. Perkins Leadership Fellows preview weekend from March 8-9, 2013. The preview weekend begins with dinner on March 8, and will conclude at 12 p.m. on March 9.

Housing for the event 

If you are a student participating in the event, you will stay in Calvin's residence halls with a student host. Bringing a parent with you to the event? He or she can stay in Calvin's on-campus lodging, The Prince Conference Center. If the conference center fills up, your parents will be placed at a hotel nearby campus. Indicate housing needs for your parents on your RSVP. 

Travel vouchers

If you live more than 150 miles from Calvin's campus in Grand Rapids, Mich., you should have received a travel voucher in your invitation to the event. This voucher will help with some of the costs associated with travel to Calvin. 

Other visit opportunities

Make a weekend of it! You can also plan a Fridays at Calvin visit for March 8, which will finish just in time for the Perkins Fellows Preview Dinner. Activities include informational sessions, a luncheon with students and professors, and an opportunity to go rock climbing or visit a class.
