According to Peter Kreeft, professor of Philosophy at Boston College and graduate
of Calvin College, the "Culture War" between the "City of the World" and the
"City of God," is in danger of being lost because we do not recognize that
we are at war, because we do not know who our real enemies are, and because
we are not clear what weapons are needed to defeat those enemies. He writes
that "too often we are spiritual pacifists, more terrified of conflict than
of defeat, and too often we mistake friends for enemies and enemies for friends."
Dr. Kreeft asserts that we will win the world for Christ only if we become
saints of God. Kreeft is the author of thirty-nine books, and is in the process
of writing a novel of spiritual warfare, Falling Angel, Rising Sea.
