Work with AT&T 110 and 66 blocks
Order Telco supplies
Respond to HelpDesk telecom requests
Responsible for new installs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Quick problem diagnosis and resolution
Excellent people skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good communication skills
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
TECHNICIAN II
MAJOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and maintain the phone switch
Perform backups
Make minor repairs
Respond to HelpDesk telecom requests
Responsible for new installs and maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Includes Level I skills
Quick problem diagnosis and resolution
Excellent people skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good communication skills
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
TECHNICIAN III
MAJOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Knowledge and ability to work with data communication
Ability to work with FDDI, Thicknet , Thinnet , and Twisted Pair
cabling
Understanding of Cisco routers and Cabletron MMAC hubs
Respond to HelpDesk telecom requests
Responsible for new installs and maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Includes Levels I and II skills
Quick problem diagnosis and resolution
Excellent people skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
