Windows Vista Setup Instructions

Note: Your wireless card must support the WLAN AutoConfig service. We are unable to support other third party wireless configuration software, and cannot guarantee it will work on Calvin Wireless. If you have third party wireless configuration software, please disable it and have Windows configure your wireless settings.

1. Right-click on the network icon in your system tray (lower right corner of your screen by the Date and Time) and select Connect to a Network.

2. Select CalvinWireless from the list of available networks and click Connect.

3. The following window should appear. Click on Enter/select additional log on information.

4. Enter your KnightVision username and passphrase and click OK.

5. Click on OK when the Validate Server Certificate window appears.

6. If the Location window comes up select Public location.

At this time, your network card should authenticate and acquire a network address. If you want to make sure you are connected, follow Step 1 again and it should show in the window that you are connected to Calvin Wireless.
