Novell
Your Novell passphrase is also used for iPrint, Student Print Accounting, and NetStorage.
Faculty, Staff and Students: To change your Novell passphrase:
- Log in to KnightVision.
- Cick the Change Novell passphrase link from the Tools panel on the left.
iPrint requires the same passphrase as Novell. After changing your Novell passphrase you will be prompted to login to iPrint using the new passphrase. Enter your new passphrase then click on Remember my password before clicking OK.
NOTE: Laptop users. Once you reset your Novell passphrase in KnightVision, please reboot your laptop. Your Windows passphrase won't reset until after you reboot and log in to Novell.

GroupWise
NOTE: Although you can set your GroupWise password to your Novell passphrase, it is more secure if you have a different passphrase on each system. GroupWise accepts either a password or a passphrase. Using a passphrase is more secure.
GroupWise Client
To reset your GroupWise password using the GroupWise client software on your Windows computer open GroupWise and select Tools > Options > Security > Password.
GroupWise WebAccess
GroupWise has a web interface that can easily be accessed from any web browser connected to the internet at http://gwise.calvin.edu.
To reset your GroupWise password using the web interface login to http://gwise.calvin.edu and click the Options button
then select Password from the menu.

KnightVision
Your KnightVision passphrase is also used for CalvinWireless access, WebMail, Colleague/Benefactor and KnightVision Services.
KnightVision requires a 10+ character passphrase.
To change your KnightVision passphrase:
- Log in to KnightVision.
- Select Change KV Passphrase from the Tools panel on the left.
NOTE: If you use CalvinWireless, you need to go into your CalvinWireless settings and update your passphrase.

Phone/Voicemail
Each faculty and staff member is assigned a phone number and a voicemail account on Audix, Calvin's voicemail system.
The Audix automated voicemail system does not provide prompts to change your password. To change your password:
- Log in to Voicemail by pressing the VMail button on your telephone.
- You will be prompted to enter your phone extension and the # sign. Then you are prompted to enter your current password and # sign.
- When you hear the automated system start to give you account options press 5 and then press 4. You will be prompted to enter a new password. Press #.
- You will be prompted to re-enter your new password and then press #.
- Press **9 to exit Audix.

PIN
Faculty, staff, and students use their Calvin-ID card in combination with their PIN for after-hours access to campus buildings.
To change your PIN:
- Log in to KnightVision.
- Select Change PIN from the Tools panel on the left.
