Faculty Checklist: What faculty need to think about before teaching classes
Request new accounts: If you have new faculty or staff coming to your department don't forget to request IT (computer and telephone) accounts. CIT requires 5 business days to process these requests.
Add someone to your KV course
Reserve the "Clickers" (classroom performance system)
Reserve a computer classroom
Submit a T&L Project proposal

All CIT student accounts (KnightVision, email, portfolio access) are removed for graduated seniors

Deadline to request the installation of academic software in labs and Smart Classrooms for Spring Semester

Removal of KV Courses: Two weeks after grades are due for fall and interim classes.
Requests for an extension are due prior to this time.
Reminder: Copy any semester material into your KV master course prior to the removal of courses. Here's how.
