Service Level Agreements - PDA

The Calvin College Information Technology provides basic installation and synchronization support for specific brands and models of PDAs when connected to Calvin-owned computers. Any PDA not included in the list is considered unsupported.

If you have a newer model PDA or are looking to purchase a new PDA, please contact the HelpDesk to verify that the device is compatible with Calvin's PDA synchronization software.
