Conference
To add another party to a call:
- Press <Flash>.
- Dial the number of the third party.
- You can discuss the call privately with the third party at this time.
If the line is busy or there is no answer, press <Flash> twice to
return to the original party.
- Press <Flash>.
- Announce the call.
To drop the last party added to a conference call, press <Flash>.

Call Forwarding All Calls
You must have console permission before using call forwarding. To temporarily redirect all calls:
- Dial the Call Forward code *2.
- Dial the extension number whose calls are to be forwarded.
- Dial the extension or phone number where calls are to be sent.
- Hang up.
To cancel Call Forwarding, dial the Call Forward Cancel code #2.

Hold
To put a call on hold, press <Hold>.
To return to the call on hold, press <Hold> or if you have hung up the handset, pick the handset
up from the cradle.

Hold (with second dial tone)
To put a call on hold, press <Flash> and dial the Hold code *9.
To return to the call on hold, hang up, receive a priority ring, then lift the handset.
To put the first call on hold and place a second call:
- Press <Flash>.
- Dial the Hold code *9.
- Dial the second call (or another feature).
To put the second call on hold and return to the first
call:
- Press <Flash>
- Dial the Hold code *9.
To complete the second call and return to the first
call, after the second call is completed, hang up, receive a priority ring,
then lift the handset.

Last Number Dialed (Redial)
To automatically redial the last number dialed, pick up the handset and press <Redial>.

Answer, Place, and End a Call
To answer a call, pick up the handset and speak to the caller.
To place a call, pick up the handset and dial the desired number.
To end a call, hang up the handset.

Transfer
To send the present call to another number:
- Press <Flash>.
- Dial the number to which the call is to be transferred.
- Remain on the line and announce the call. If the line is busy or there
is no answer, press <Flash> twice to return to the call on hold.
- Hang up.
