Ask others to join you for a "Meet Me" conference. The advantages of the "Meet-me" conference are that the attendees pay for all long distance charges and all attendees can enter or leave the conference as they wish. The disadvantage is that is requires advance planning. You must request a "Meet-Me" conference number 1 week prior to your conference call.
