Budget officers can approve the purchase and use of cell phones for Calvin employees for business use. Like a desk phone, the charges for personal calls made from a Calvin provided cell phone are to be reimbursed to the college. See the appropriate Employee manual.
Calvin uses two cell phone providers. To request a cell phone for current employees, contact the HelpDesk. Cell phones can be requested for new employees on the Request Accounts for New Employees Web form. The rates charged to the department can be found by clicking the links below.
