Web Browsers & Known Issues

The purpose of this page is to make users aware of known issues between web browsers and IT services. We will do our best to keep this information as up-to-date and as accurate as possible. The following tables assume you are using the latest stable release of the browser and are intended to be a guideline only since the timing of browser updates and web-based software services are not always in sync. If you experience an issue with an IT service related to web browsing,we encourage you to report it using feedback form below.

1 – When using Webaccess with Internet Explorer 9, some e-mails load as blank white pages. Use FireFox.

2 – Colleague UI 4 login only works with FireFox 3.6, 4, 5, & 8. ImageNow linking does not work with Chrome. IE is recommended for full functionality.

3 – Chrome does not recognize that the iPrint client is installed and will continually prompt you to install the iPrint client when printers are selected. Use FireFox or IE.

1 – Colleague UI 4 only works with FireFox versions 3.6, 4, 5, & 8. Chrome does not allow you to login to Colleague UI 4. It does not recognize you are typing characters into the login fields. Safari is recommended for Mac users however no Mac browser supports linking for ImageNow, this must be done using a PC.

2 – Safari works for installing iPrint printers however the confirmation dialogue box pops up behind the browser window, so you need to move or minimize the browser window to confirm the printer installation. Chrome will not work because it continuously prompts to install the iPrint client even when already installed. FireFox is recommended.
