Student home drives have moved to a new file server

On January 4th, student (H:) home drive data were moved to a new server. Only student Mac users will have a change in how they login to this server.

All student home directory dada was migrated from a 4 year old server (legion) to a new server (bighorn). There is no change in how to access student home directories for students that use Calvin managed Windows PCs or students that use NetStorage. Students that access his or her home directory from a Mac, need to enter the new file server name "bighorn" instead of "legion" when connecting. They just need to enter his or her username when logging in (ie: jkc2 instead of .jkc2.students.calvin).

*The only issue we have found with similar server moves were in the case where a Mac file name or folder name had a # or other unusual character in it. If you come across a file or folder you cannot open, please try renaming it to something without this character.
