Still receiving lots of spam?
Unfortunately, spammers are aggressive. If we set our spam filter more aggressively, it would also block good email. It is our goal to block as much spam as possible without blocking any good email. If you are still receiving what you consider to be a lot of spam please contact the CIT HelpDesk. We'll help you look at ways of reducing the spam you receive.
* Faculty and staff who use Calvin's Spam Firewall can quarantine incoming email based on a quarantine score. Quarantined email stays in the Spam Firewall Quarantine until the users goes in the quarantine and either releases or deletes the email.
