The change to our GroupWise file server to version 8 created a few changes you should be aware of

• Although the GroupWise server is at version 8 the GroupWise client on your Calvin-owned computer should still be at version 7.0.3. We hope to start rolling out the GroupWise 8 client later this month. Watch Calvin News for details.
• A new "change" that came with the GroupWise 8 server is that when you send an appointment it auto-accepts the appointment for you. It does not show up in your mailbox for you (the sender) to view and accept. So before you send an appointment be sure you are available on that date at that time.
• If you are using the GroupWise client at home the server name that should be entered is "gwcol.calvin.edu". If you are accessing GroupWise from home using the client then you already have this entered correctly.
