GroupWise WebAccess issues with Internet Explorer 9

We have come across some compatibility issues with Groupwise WebAccess and the new version of Internet Explorer (IE9). When you login to WebAccess with Internet Explorer 9 people are reporting that they cannot view their email or see any text when opening specific email items. Novell is aware of the issue, and we are recommending the following work-arounds:

1. Put IE9 in to Compatibility View.
To do this, you will first have to turn on the Menu Bar by right-clicking in the blue space at the top of the IE window. Choose "Menu Bar" from the list to show the familiar Menu Bar. Go to Tools > Compatibility View to turn on Compatibility View.

2. Use a different web browser
We recommend downloading Mozilla Firefox as a backup web browser. To download the latest version, go to www.firefox.com and click on the Download Firefox 4 link.
