What happens if my GroupWise mailbox fills up and is above the 300 MB quota?
If your mailbox gets above the 300 MB limit you will continue to receive e-mail but will not be able to send e-mail until you clean out your mailbox. You cannot archive e-mail from Web Access. To reduce the size of your mailbox from off-campus you can delete e-mail, delete sent mail, and clean out your GroupWise trash.

During this time:
- You will not be able to access your mailbox via the GroupWise client, WebAccess, or any other method.

- Email will be queued up during this process and delivered after the upgrade is complete.
With this upgrade PDA Connect is going away and you will not longer be able to use this software to connect your PDA device to GroupWise via your computer (cradle sync).
