Clearing the Internet Explorer cache

  1. Click the gear/cog icon in the top right corner of Internet Explorer

  2. Choose Internet Options
  3. Go to the General tab
  4. In the Browsing History section, click the Delete button

  5. Check Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History

  6. Click Delete
  7. Click OK to close the Internet Options box
  8. Close IE and re-open
  9. Login to Colleague

NOTE: When you are on step 4, you may want to check the option to Delete Browsing History On Exit. This will automatically clear the browser's cache each time you close out.
