Troubleshooting

Two main things are normally the culprit:

  1. Your system does not have the Java Runtime Environment on it.
Resolution: Click on the "Free Java Download" button at http://java.com/en/

    Java.com

  2. Your system is not properly recognizing your Web-cam, microphone, or headset.
