Request to keep a KnightVision course active

According to CIT's annual course activation and removal schedule, after the end of the semester, your courses will be removed from KnightVision. In order to have a course remain accessible to you and your student(s) after this date please complete the form below.

This form should only be used for temporary extensions beyond the semester removal date—courses cannot be extended indefinitely. In order to save course materials for later use, you may copy your data into the appropriate Master or Master Collaborative courses, which do exist perpetually.
