Add or Remove/Modify the role of a person in your KnightVision course or organization
Only Course Instructors or Organization Leaders may use this form to:
  • Add/change the role of a person in your course(s), including:
    • a student
    • an additional instructor, such as a librarian (If you are co-teaching a course you need to contact the Registrar's office to add that person to your course.)
    • a Teaching Assistant (TA)
    • a guest
  • Remove a person (you've requested to be added) from a course you are teaching
  • Remove yourself from a course you no longer are teaching
  • Request to have a Calvin alumnus added to your course or organization

Note: You may not use this form to enroll or drop a student from your course. Students must formally register or drop via the Registrar's Office.

Student/Participant: Students/Participants are able to access all content made available by the instructor/leader. (Students receiving credit for the course may not be enrolled with this form. Students must formally register for the course via the Registrar's Office.)

An instructor/leader is able to control all aspects of the course or organizatin through the Instructor Control Panel.

  • A TA/Assistant is able to control most aspects of the course or organization through the Instructor Control Panel, including the Grade Center.
  • : Guests can only access areas in KV that have been made available to guests.
  • This person should be removed from my course.

Note: Once your request is received, a member of the HelpDesk will enter your request within twenty-four hours. Once your request has manually been entered, the system will then run the request at either noon or midnight depending upon when the request was entered by the HelpDesk. Therefore, requests may take up to thirty-six hours to be fully processed. Requests placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
