Timmer Living-Learning Community
Highlights:
- Upperclass students interested in intentional community
- Students are given the opportunity to dig more deeply into their specific fields of study, sharing with others to see the interconnectedness of God's world

- Proximity to dining halls, classroom buildings and the Spoelhof Complex
- No meal plans are required
Living Expectations:
- 4-6 hours/week for community living
- 1-2 hours/week for Service-Learning component
- Residents will be subject to on-campus housing rules, including daily open house hours.
- Housing contracts can be broken mid-year for students studying abroad or withdrawing from Calvin.
Costs:
- $3,370 ($1,685 per semester).
Note: students who live in this community will receive a $150 credit at the end of each semester.
- No meal plan is required. However students can sign up for a community dining plan.
Amenities:
- Each Timmer studio includes beds, desks, dressers, bookcases and chairs.
- Free laundry facilities
- Free ResNet, Calvin wireless and Calvin cable.
- Semester contracts for students studying abroad.
