Alumni Choral Retreat

Join the Calvin College Alumni Choir in a morning filled with creative ways to improve your musical skills as individuals and in community with others. Learn new songs in the setting of a large choir under the direction of internationally respected conductor and clinician, Dr. Pearl Shangkuan. This musical retreat ends with a brief worship service. A bonus session for choir directors follows the retreat.

Cost: $10.00 includes the music scores, refreshments and the opportunity to sing with a nationally recognized choir and conductor!

  • Learn more about building "green" by participating in a guided tour of the Bunker Interpretive Center at 10:30 am  (great for 4th graders and up)

  • Create a bug out of recycled material
  • Meet our resident frogs and turtles
  • Feel some animal furs and skulls
  • Make some leaf rubbings
  • View our interpretive displays and nature quilts
