Faith & Learning Award
Dr. Edward E. Ericson, Jr.
Professor of English Emeritus
The Faith and Learning Award is presented to a former Calvin professor for excellence in teaching, spiritual impact, concern for students and lasting influence. Professor Ericson taught English at Calvin from 1977-2003. Ericson is a well-known Solzhenitsyn scholar. Many students speak of his kind and patient counseling of them, as well as of his interesting and influential lectures.

Outstanding Service Award
Bob & Marjorie Boot
The Outstanding Service Award gives recognition to those individuals and organizations who have given outstanding service to Calvin College.
Bob and Marjoie are leaders of the Southwest Florida edition of the Heritage Chapter, sponsoring an annual luncheon event and making sure the Calvin-Hope satellite game is shown each year to alumni and friends in the region.
The evening's entertainment will also feature the Cayvan string collection, featured in the summer issue of Spark.
