Homecoming 2005 • Student Activities
Activities are planned for the student body each day of Homecoming week. These events are sponsored by the Student Alumni Association. All events (except Airband) are free to students with ID.
 
Monday, February 14
Calvin Improv, 8 p.m., Chapel Undercroft
Come for a night of laughter and fun with Calvin's own Improv group.
 
Tuesday, February 15
Karaoke Night, 8 p.m. The Cave
All students are invited to perform, whether solo or group, at Open Mic. Coffee will be free and a discount of 50 cents on any specialty coffee drinks will also be given.
 
Wednesday, February 16
Women's Basketball, 5:30 and 7:30 p.m., Fieldhouse
Cheer the Knights on to victory against Albion and enjoy games and prizes at halftime of the varsity game. The first 50 students to come wearing their Knight Club shirt will receive a certificate for a free candy bar.
 
Thursday, February 17

Cold Knight Club members Sem Pond Jump, 6 p.m. The Seminary Pond
Become a member of the exclusive Cold Knight Club by jumping into the Sem Pond — free towels to all who jump and free hot chocolate!

Dorm Decorating Contest, 9:00 p.m.
Help your dorm win $200! The theme for this year's contest is "children's stories." Two prizes of $200 each will be given - one for decor and one for performance.
 
Friday, February 18

Wear Calvin Day
Sport your maroon-and-gold — or anything that says Calvin — and watch for Calvin profs and administrators showing their Calvin spirit, too.

100 Days, 3:30 - 5 p.m. Johnny's Cafe (seniors only)
Seniors, only 100 days until graduation so come celebrate with your class of 2005 with free food and prizes. Five $100 bills will be given away, too!

Airband 2005Airband *, 8 p.m., Fieldhouse
This 21st annual contest features lip sync and other up-beat acts prepared by students. See photos from last year's event.
