Academic Scholarships

For students who entered Calvin before fall 2009

The Calvin GPA used to determine scholarship renewal for returning students is the cumulative average at the end of interim. Incoming students have until the end of their first year (second semester) before their cumulative GPA will be reviewed for renewal. See scholarship renewal criteria »

*Full award based on five years of receiving the award (National Merit Scholarship is a four-year award).

Diversity awards

Calvin diversity awards are granted at the time the student first enrolls at Calvin and are available for up to five years based on the criteria and amounts in place when the student first entered Calvin.
