Calvin parents and family members are always welcome and invited to stay right on campus at the Prince Conference Center, which is pleased to offer a reduced room rate for all Calvin parents.

However, because Family Weekend typically coincides with with the October meetings of the Calvin Board of Trustees and the Calvin Parent Council, room availability at the Prince Conference Center is quite limited during Family Weekend.

A listing of suggested local motels and hotels is found on the Calvin Visitor Resources Web site, as well as suggestions for restaurant dining.

Meals

Meals are also available on campus in the dining halls or in Johnny's Cafe in the Commons. Lunch is available on Friday in the Spoelhof Cafe in the Spoelhof Center.

Creative Dining Service is offering special discounted rates for families during Family Weekend. The prices for the all-you-can-eat buffet line at Knollcrest Dining Hall or the Commons Dining Hall are:

 • Breakfast: $4
 • Lunch: $5
 • Dinner: $7
 • Sunday Brunch: $7

Friday night at Knollcrest: Enjoy the "Chocolate Lover's Dream Bar"!

Sunday brunch at Commons: Enjoy homemade apple cobbler as well cookies and brownies to decorate!

These prices are valid from Friday dinner (10/23) through Sunday brunch (10/25).
