Cory is a junior Biology major at Calvin College , who enjoys candlelight dinners and long walks on the beach. All joking aside, he is extremely excited to meet the BV community and is looking forward to seeing the way that God will work in the coming year. Dana Baker
Dana is a junior from Rochester Hills, Mi. She an Elementary Education major with minors in Math, language arts, and early childhood education. Thus, she loves working with kids and adores the joy they bring to life. She is thrilled to be serving on the Barnabas Team this year, and knows full-heartedly that God is doing amazing things on this campus. She seeks an end to complacency in the form of passionate, real relationships that challenge individuals to live as the Lord intended.

Hannah Serfling
Hannah is a farm girl through and through. She grew up in southeast Minnesota on a family farm with beef, swine, sheep, chickens, and rabbits. She is currently a Junior at Calvin majoring in Religion and minoring in Sociology. Some of her favorite things include: crotcheting, taking walks, playing softball and volleyball, dancing, hanging out with her brother, and praying. Because of some hardships in the last year, she has learned the importance of trusting in God and putting all hope in the Lord. Hannah is looking forward to seeing how God will be working in the dorms in the 2006-07 school year.

Amy, aka " Alaska ," is a junior in her second year "down in America " after attending the University of Alaska Anchorage. An Elementary Education major, she is minoring in Language Arts and Science. Alaska is thrilled to be a part of the Barnabas Team and looks forward to spending time in fabulous BHT particularly Timmer. In her spare time, Alaska can be found kayaking, watching Dr. Quinn and laughing with family and friends. Please stop by her room to say hi! Nathan is a junior from Ann Arbor, MI, and is interested in Computer Science and Business. He loves playing sports (cycling, racquetball, tennis, ping-pong, and others) and is also into website design. Nathan is passionate about living life wholly for God, as David expressed in Psalm 27:4 (his favorite Bible verse).

Sarah is a junior International Development major. She has spent most of her life abroad, and loves to travel. She loves creativity (especially in art) and understanding how things work. Daniel is a junior from Houston , TX ; Los Angeles, CA and Hanoi, Vietnam . He is in transition from an Engineering major to a Sociology/Philosophy major. He likes truth; usually in love, but also nurses the guilty pleasure of truth for its own sake. Daniel is excited to see what God will be doing in the coming year. Hailing from Rockford Michigan , Samantha (or Sam) is majoring in Rhetoric Communications with a minor in youth ministry. She plays on the varsity softball team at Calvin and loves sports. He plans on attending seminary to become a pastor and has been involved in ministry for the last few years in several forms in various places.
