On-Campus Lodging

Lodging is available in the residence halls on Friday, May 23, and Saturday, May 24. Each suite features two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bed linens and towels are furnished. The rooms have two twin-sized bunk beds; all of the rooms are designated as non-smoking.

The room price includes a continental breakfast in the Knollcrest Dining Hall on the mornings of May 24 and 25. Parents: you are invited to attend the Breakfast for Parents of Graduates held on Saturday, May 24, at 9 a.m. in the Prince Conference Center. Please note that the Breakfast for Parents of Graduates is a ticketed event and is not included in the price of staying overnight in the residence halls.

Reservations/Payment

To reserve rooms in the residence halls contact the campus events office at (616) 526-6280, or make an online reservation (credit card payment required). Reservations made after the first week of May cannot be guaranteed. If you need a disability-accessible suite, please make your reservation by phone.

Pre-payment for on-campus lodging can be made by credit card or mailing a check/money order (U.S. funds only, please). If you do not pre-pay, please make a payment by check or cash only when you arrive. Credit card payments CANNOT be processed at the residence hall.

Check-in

Lodging will be available in the Kalsbeek-Huizenga-van Reken residence hall complex (follow signs on campus; campus map).

Check in starts at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 23. Check out ends by 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 25.

The registration desk is open:

Friday, May 23 ~ 4 p.m.—midnight
Saturday, May 24 ~ 9 a.m.—1 p.m. & 4 p.m.—midnight
Sunday, May 25 ~ 9 a.m.—2 p.m.

If you arrive after the registration desk has been closed, a key will be left in an envelope for you there.
