Residence Hall Lodging
Lodging is available in the residence halls on Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21. Each suite features two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bed linens and towels are furnished. The rooms have two twin-sized bunkbeds; all of the rooms are designated as non-smoking.

The room price includes a continental breakfast in the Knollcrest Dining Hall on the mornings of May 21 and 22. Parents: you are invited to attend the Breakfast for Parents of Graduates held on Saturday, May 21, at 9 a.m. in the Prince Conference Center. Please note that the Breakfast for Parents of Graduates is a ticketed event and is not included in the price of staying overnight in the residence halls.
Room reservations
To reserve rooms in the residence halls, return the reservation form (mailed to parents in December) or contact the campus events office at 616-526-6280. Reservations made after the first week of May cannot be guaranteed.
Check-in instructions
Upon arrival, follow the signs to the Kalsbeek-Huizenga-van Reken residence hall complex. The registration desk is open for these hours:
Friday, May 20: 3 p.m.–12 midnight
Saturday, May 21: 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
Sunday, May 22: 12 noon–2 p.m.
If you arrive after the registration desk has been closed, a key will be left in an envelope for you at the registration desk. The rooms will not be available for check-in on Friday, May 20, until after 3 p.m.
Payment for rooms
Pre-payment for on-campus lodging expenses can be made by mailing a check/money order (U.S. funds only) or by credit card. If you do not pre-pay, please be prepared to make payment by check or cash only upon arrival. Credit card payments cannot be processed at the residence hall.
