Requirements

• Do NOT forget your chip on race day. No Chip, No Time!

• Chips are non-transferable and MUST be worn only by the participant to whom it is assigned.

• Securely fasten the ChampionChip to your running shoe (see example below).

• DO NOT run with the ChampionChip in your hand or any place other than your shoe.

• DO NOT cross the finish line twice.

• DO NOT lose your chip; you will be charged a $30 fee if your assigned black ChampionChip is not returned.

• ChampionChip owners must register their yellow chip with the event.

• Additional chip details and attachment instructions will be in your Runner Packet in an envelope.

• NOTE: There will be retrieval bins for black ChampionChips located at Registration, along the race course, and at the finish line.

• If you decide not to run and you don't return the chip, you will be charged $30.

Registration/Verification Station

• Your Runner Packet contains critical race information and materials. Each packet will contain your ChampionChip, Bib Number, etc.

• If there is an error, please see a race official immediately!
