Grow with Dr. Laura Smit, associate professor of religion, as we learn about praying the Lord’s Prayer during Advent.
Tuesday: Pray
Let’s pray for the chemistry and biochemistry department & the January Series as we lift the needs of our community and the world to the Alpha and Omega.
Wednesday: Testify
Come to testify to Christ’s birth as we sing portions of “Messiah” with the Calvin Orchestra, directed by Robert Nordling, assistant professor of music.
Thursday: Rest
Come rest in the Lord as we listen and pray through the practice of common prayer. We will be led by campus ministries intern Kurt Schaefer who will be using the book Seeking God’s Face, as we reflect on Isaiah 63:16; 64:1, 6-9.
Friday: Sing
Let’s gather together to sing praise to Jesus who humbled himself and came as a child for us and our salvation.
