Configuration - ArtPrize 2010

ArtPrize is a "radically open competition" held in Grand Rapids, Michigan for two weeks each fall. This art competition is open to any artist who can find a venue, and anyone who wants to open a venue. This year the (106) Gallery presents, Configuration, an exhibition of twelve unique ArtPrize artists, selected for their compelling use of form, pattern and shape. The artists are: Wayne Adams, Jennifer Bock-Nelson, Celeste Cooning, Christopher Gideon, Anna Greidanus, Lisa Poszywak, Carol Sogard, Allison Svoboda, Aspasia Tsoutsoura, Jo-Ann Van Reeuwyk, Alicia Wierschke, and Jiyeon Yim.
