*Accounting and Finance Night

A focused job fair for accounting majors and business majors with a finance concentration for students from Calvin College and Aquinas College. Seniors arrive at 5:30, juniors at 6:00. *Amway Networking Event

Amway is a large, global company with opportunities for students from nearly every major headquartered just a few miles from Calvin. With more than 100 internships offered each summer, Amway offers excellent career opportunities to college students. Network with Calvin alumni who work at Amway to learn more! The event will include a presentation, networking, snacks, and a tour. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors of all majors are invited to attend.

Spectrum Health Information Services Networking Event

Are you interested in a career in healthcare and technology? You are invited to a networking event with Spectrum Health to learn about paid internships and full-time positions with their Information Services division. The event is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors of any major, but an interest in and openness to a career in healthcare IT is a MUST. To register for the event, e-mail your resume to Travis Gibbons in the Career Development office, and register online by September 30.

University of Detroit Mercy is opening their fall career fair to Calvin students and recent alumni. Over 60 employers from the metro Detroit area will be recruiting for entry-level positions. Chaplaincy Fair

Attend an area-wide event to find out if chaplaincy (non-parish ministry) is right for you. There will be multiple tables staffed by local chaplains representing different areas of chaplaincy and faith groups. A lunch presentation will begin at 12:30 in the Student Center (with free pizza), followed by time to chat. An hors d’oeuvre reception at 4:00 will be followed by brief presentations by various chaplains, recruiters, endorsers, and CPE supervisors.
